MISSION
STATEMENT
Real
Life is a music development and publishing company
that serves as a comprehensive music resource to
A&R, film & television supervisors, and
other related media.
We
have assembled a roster of highly skilled, uniquely
talented and versatile songwriters and producers.
The talents of these individuals have remained largely
unknown to the current corporate music industry.
We draw upon the skills and talents of these composers
to provide a value-effective package of music that
will produce fresh new material for records, film
and other visual media.
Through this street-level development philosophy
RLM generates profits while at the same time affording
our customers the opportunity to utilize high quality
music and related services for the same price they
are paying for lesser music.
ABOUT
US
Real
Life Music has several different meanings. It is
about creating and promoting music that reflects
the mindset, spirit, dreams, hopes and thoughts
of people from our time period. It is about music
that reflects people's real lives, not a corporate
clone void of meaning and feeling.
We
are dealers in emotion and dreams. We believe life
was made to feel, not to sit in an office and stare
at a computer screen. Life was made to fulfill your
own dream...not waste your existence for someone
else's..
We
hope to give people music that will move them and
help them learn about themselves and others. We
challenge you to live the Real Life!!

Jackson
Jackson was a good kid * He had four years of college
and a bachelor's degree * Started workin' when he
was 21 * Got fed up and quit when he was 43 * He
said"my whole life I've done what supposed
to do now I'd like to do something for myself *
And soon as I figure out what that is you can bet
your life I'm gonna give it hell * I want to live
the real life * I want to live my life close to
the bone * Just because I'm middle aged don't mean
I want to sit around my household and watch TV *
I want the real life * I guess it don't matter how
old you are * Or how old one lives to be * I guess
it boils down to what we did with our lives * When
you reach a certain age * Particularly to those
ones that are young at heart * It's a lonely proposition
when you realize * That there's less days in front
of the horse * Than riding in the back of the cart
